The day you become hoggish, and hope to get "lucky", is the day you give away all of your money. Sounds a bit abnormal, but it seems to be real. It seems the only time I ever win money is when I don’t panic about squandering it. I went to the the casino last evening with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care less about losing it, who cares about $20? So guess what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in one hour!
A different occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Mike. I took in 100 dollars that I couldn’t afford to lose. I got greedy, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 30 minutes! The lesson is never ever wager more than you are able to lose. If you don’t panic about losing, you have a greater chance of profiting big!
How else can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides creating a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they come up occasionally, but they don’t come up often enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Only wager on even wagers like black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st 12, 2nd 12, third 12, etc Wager on odds that pay fairly high.
With the basic rules covered, how else might we further elevate our odds of winning at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You can’t win at Roulette", my friend Charles would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary because any number can come up". Yes, my buddy Chris certainly has a point, however at the same time, he is missing a critical aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red can be landed on 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
