The time you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your money. Seems a little weird, but it seems to be genuine. The only time I ever win money is when I don’t panic about blowing it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with 20 dollarsin my pocket. I could not care any less about squandering it, who cares about $20? So guess what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in two hours!

A different occassion I headed to the casino with my buddy Ben. I went in with one hundred dollars that I couldn’t bear to squander. I got greedy, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson is do not bet anymore than you can commit to lose. If you don’t worry about squandering, you have a greater chance of succeeding big!

What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Yes, they hit occasionally, but they do not come up enough to ensure a steady profit. Only bet on 1:1 bets like red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers e.g. 1st 12, 2nd dozen, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively high.

With the basics reviewed, how else might we further increase our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our buddy, instead of our opposition. "You can not win at Roulette", my buddy Jeff would say to me. "It’s absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number can come up". Sure, my buddy Ben has a point, but at the same time, he is overlooking a significant part of the picture. I totally agree, red or black could come up thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
